Akriveia have extensive experience of capturing accurate 3D scan data and exporting into a format that the customer can easily use with no further manipulation or modification. At the start of any project Akriveia will get an understanding about what the purpose of the project is which will dictate how the scan data is captured, processed and exported.
More than just 3D Scanning
Akriveia are an Engineering company, specialising in 3D scanning. The benefit of this to the customer is that alongside purely providing scan data, Akriveia understand where the customer wants to get to, and will ensure that the survey is undertaken in a way that ensures the project is delivered in the most efficient way possible.
Whether it be separating the scan data to enable parts to be relocated, providing Engineering reports based upon the scan data, supporting with 3D CAD design throughout the project or reverse engineering and supplying prototype or production parts, Akriveia will provide you with as much or as little support as is needed.
Small objects or areas starting as small as 5mm, where high precision and detail is essential, with a 3D accuracy of up to 0.05mm.
Perfectly suited to the majority of Akriveia projects, able to capture objects from around 100mm in size up to cars and partial rolling stock surveys, with a 3D accuracy of up to 0.1mm
With a range up to 110m, and a ranging error of <0.7mm @ 15m this scanner is perfect for capturing large objects such as full rolling stock surveys.
Akriveia use a range of 3D scanners depending upon the requirements of the project, from small parts anything from 5mm in size up to full 100m long multiple units. Whatever the project, Akriveia have the tools and experience to support customers tackling a wide range of problems.
